Lors de cette 6 ième étape, Alejandro a gagné un sprint intermédiaire et a fini juste derrière Martin Roseboom pour la deuxième place sur le podium. Ce qui lui permettra, lors de la prochaine étape, de revêtir le maillot noir pour le meilleur junior / senior 3.
